Tribute to Ruben Aldrovandi

Ruben Aldrovandi was an autonomous and critical thinker. Permanently oblivious to fads, he preferred to forge his own path. His research work was motivated solely by the pleasure of exploring new ideas and his love of science. Furthermore, his introverted personality has kept him away from the holophotes.
