Frederick H. Scrivener
Frederick Henry Ambrose Scrivener foi um erudito e escritor britânico (1813-1891) especializado no estudo de manuscritos do Novo Testamento. Sua carreira acadêmica incluiu a graduação no Trinity College, Cambridge, e atuação como professor de clássicos. Scrivener foi membro do Comitê de Revisão do Novo Testamento Inglês, responsável pela Revised Version. Entre suas obras mais importantes estão "A Plain Introduction to the Criticism of the New Testament" e "Full Collation of the Codex Sinaiticus with the Received Text of the New Testament". Seu trabalho é fundamental para a crítica textual do Novo Testamento.
